- Rebranding: Our New Brand Name
In June 2024, we proudly unveiled our rebranding, transitioning from “CS Marketing & Sales Solutions” to PALLAS BrandFare. This shift represents our inner attitude – supporting brands in finding their place in competitive global markets – and our ambition to support businesses in brand building and scaling.
- Growing Team and Network
Our team continues to grow, with Hong and Juliana joining from Berlin and Anuja strengthening our Singapore presence. With 23 expert freelancers from diverse regions and specializations, we’re better equipped than ever to tackle complex branding and marketing challenges.
- SME Excellence Award
We were honored to receive the SME Excellence Award at the German Business Association Awards 2024. This recognition validates our ongoing efforts to innovate, evolve, and deliver tailored solutions for our clients.

2024 was a busy year with many cross-continental events and meaningful collaboration opportunities. We continue to work with our retainers, acquire new clients and engage with our communities in industry events, where we also shared knowledge and insights:
Highlight events:
- Tag der Logistik at Digital Hub Logistics Hamburg: We organized and moderated a panel discussion on enhancing customer experience in logistics, with the participation of innovative startups from the Hub and our close client for many years, <cargonerds>. Taking this opportunity, we also contribute our perspectives on effective marketing and communication strategies for technology and service providers, especially in logistics and maritime business.
- The German Centre Open Door Day: we joined the open-door sessions at the German Centre in Singapore, discussing the art of international marketing and how to best position brands in Asian-Pacific markets
- GBA Workshop on Localization of Brands: Collaborating with a leading provider of water heaters and filters, we highlighted strategies for successful market entry in Asian markets.
- Marketing Conference in Singapore: Partnering with Mad About Marketing Consulting, we brought leaders from diverse industries to discuss strategic topics ranging from how to shape marketing organizations, strategies on brand localization and the future of marketing and branding in today’s challenging business environment and economic climate.
Customer Projects
Our commitment to impactful client collaborations stood out this year with some projects:
Leading provider of household goods in Europe and Southeast Asia: Rolled out new global brand identity and guidelines in Vietnam. Delivered content and visual localization together with our local partner agency Tron House while being a solid sparring partner for both, headquarters and local offices.
- CombiTrade: Kickstarted their LinkedIn activities and crafted video content for the maritime lead fair SMM in Hamburg.
- <cargonerds>: Continued a fruitful partnership in strategic branding and marketing support with a special focus on PR and LinkedIn content to drive awareness.
- Launched mentorship Start2Group: Our Managing Director Corinna helped her first mentee, PetNow, better understand German market needs and trained Japanese businesses entering the German market.
