2025 – Amplifying our brand localization portfolio, growing our team and deep-diving into AI

As we enter 2025, we are fuelled by a clear strategy shaped by last year’s business traction and market signals. This year, we are taking bold steps to establish a stronger on-the-ground presence in Southeast Asia, expand our team and network, and double down on our holistic brand localization services.

The investment momentum from European companies into Southeast Asia, particularly Vietnam, has given us great confidence. Last year, Vietnam received 31 billion in FDI investment. German companies have invested in 479 projects in manufacturing and energy. With our Brand Localization services and growing presence in Southeast Asia and Germany, we are well-equipped to drive these companies’ endeavours.  

Our key focus areas for 2025

  1. Grow our team and networks

We’re expanding on both fronts! Our German-based team is more than prepared to support the local demands, while in Vietnam and Singapore, we will grow a network of local-based experts and partners. The newest partners from Vietnam are Tron House, a creative and design partner, and LiGO for events.

  1. Amplify our Brand Localization Portfolio

We are continuously refining and expanding our portfolio to meet evolving market needs.

  • Brand Localization Portfolio: Through our Product, Brand, and Marketing Localization Planner, we help multinational companies successfully localize their product portfolio, brand presence, communications, and marketing efforts. With recent lubrication and fair industry assignments, we are refining our approach into a ready-to-implement blueprint for seamless localization efforts.

New product pillars we will launch:

  • Go-To-Market Sales Activation: Helping companies establish a strong foothold in SEA and Germany by leveraging local insights, trade shows, and lead acquisition strategies and tactics.
  • Sales & Distributor Training: Ensuring our clients’ local sales teams and partners are equipped with the right knowledge and tools for market success.
  • Brand Integration for M&A: Assisting companies in seamlessly integrating brands post-acquisition, ensuring smooth transitions and market adaptation.

  1. Evolving our tech stack powered by generative AI:

We integrate AI deeper into our workflow to enhance efficiency, enabling us to produce high-quality content at scale while maintaining our rigorous standards. However, AI-generated content isn’t ready to publish straight out of the box. This is a common misconception. Impactful storytelling still requires strategic thinking, a deep understanding of the audience and product, and careful refinement. Just as a well-crafted brief is crucial for effective agency collaboration, precise prompting and rigorous fact-checking are essential for AI-powered content creation. By embedding AI thoughtfully into our tech stack, we ensure that our content remains insightful, authentic, and fully aligned with our clients’ communication goals. On top of this, copyright and data protection topics are to be considered.
